Shipping policy
Once your order is packaged, scanned and picked up by the shipping carrier, Tazar Palace is no longer responsible for any issues that may arise during transit.
We do not cover or are obligated to replace:

Lost or stolen packages

Packages marked “Delivered” but not received

Delays due to the carrier or customs

Incorrect addresses entered by the customer
If any of the above occurs, you must contact the shipping carrier directly. Our customer service is available to assist you to the best of our abilities, but full responsibility lies with the customer once the item leaves our facility.
Return Labels

Canada: Return labels may be provided for approved damaged items.

USA & International: You are responsible for return shipping if your damaged item is approved for return/exchange, unless otherwise mentioned by written agreement from Tazar Palace.
Items in stock may be packaged and dispatched within 3 to 6 working days following confirmation of an order. In the case of pre-sales, out of stock items or limited drops, orders may be packaged and dispatched within 5-20 days, depending on the item stock in our facility. Please allow up to 5 additional days for rural/remote areas. Though we aim to deliver within the communicated timeframe, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events. In this case, we will email you to inform you of potential delays.
Before you place your order, you will be informed of the expected delivery details. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your expected delivery details if you have supplied us with your email address.
If your order does not arrive by the scheduled date without any notice, please contact us for help. Make sure to include your order number and billing address.
