Refund policy

Tazar Palace prides itself on the quality of each item and the unique minor differences within handmade goods. We are not liable and will not return any item do to minor imperfections for any product listed as Handmade. We value our customer satisfaction above all and are confident in our quality, but we are not bound by any means to fulfill a return request depending on the reason of return. Please read our Terms of Service to better understand our product accuracy policy.

  1. Items may be eligible for return or exchanges within reason: (a) If an item arrived damaged;(b) if an item does not fit according to the size chart available; (c) if the wrong size/colour/design was delivered.

  2. No returns or exchanges 
    • Change of mind 
    • Late delivery 
    • Dissatisfaction of quality/colour/style
    • Imperfections of handmade products
    • Perfumes/oils/customized items
  1. If a return or exchange is approved, we guarantee the repayment to the original payment method, or the exchange of returned items provided that all items have been returned in the condition in which they were received. This means that the items must not be damaged, dirty, washed, altered or worn (except for the fitting). In addition, all tags and labels must be intact.

  2. We will and/or may void any refund/exchange agreement if any returned product arrives damaged, dirty, washed, altered, worn and without tags/labels.

We do not refund any additional fees or shipping costs inside and outside of Canada, excluding the returns of damaged goods. If you receive an order with damaged products, TP may cover shipping fees for return or replacement if your shipping address is within Canada.

 

If you receive a damaged item or believe you are eligible for a return/exchange:

  1. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the order.

  2. Email us at tazarpalace@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number
    • Clear photos showing the damage 
    • And/or explaining the reason for you return request.

Once we review and verify the claim, we may issue a refund or exchange for the item if approved.
